The Bites IN THE BORO story began when Ramy and Carmen Masry, a husband-and-wife entrepreneur team with a record of business growth, decided to turn their eye for opportunity toward the restaurant world. The duo recognized the need for a brand that evolved with a changing customer base and offered both variety and quality in a welcoming, casual, table-service atmosphere. In 2015, the first Bites IN THE BORO location opened for business, and customers immediately embraced the concept.
